Started playing the new Tomb Raider game. I've never played any of the older Tomb Raiders, so this is an interesting experience. So far I'm liking the game, but none of the puzzles have been very difficult.

They don't get difficult ever. That's the game's only real disappointment, I think. And the story is kind of uninteresting.

Super great game, though.

The only thing that I've really liked so far is that I'm actually pretty drawn in by the story. The fact that you have no idea what's going on with the island, and all the stuff that's happened up to this point has me pretty intrigued with the story.

Also, the bow and arrow. Lots of fun to pick people off from a distance and confuse the hell out of everyone else.

Besides animal crossing I've been trying out Rocksmith. A game that's like guitar hero except on a real guitar.

Pretty good so far. The strum registering has worked nicely. Only complaint is that I suck at it. It starts easy, but with the progressive difficulty it suddenly changes into hell after few simple picks.

and most of the songs are kinda lame..

That game sounds like it will put guitar music teachers out of a job!

I'm very late to the game, but I've just bought Castle Crashers and am loving it. Nailed the Necromancer dude this evening, and am now listening to his theme song over and over again.

So glad I returned BF3 to Amazon when I first bought it. Definitely not worth $60. I love Rush and Squad Rush/DM tho. Everything else....eh.

I always wanted to try this game out, but I feel I know too much of the guitar and I'll start getting pissed off. Like, do you have to keep your guitar in tune? Not only worrying about the game breaking or getting scratches, but having to keep replacing strings kinda sucks. So, let me know more about this game.

I only see it as a positive if you can handle guitar well beforehand. Like knowing the chords and your hands knowing the guitar board well. I struggle time to time to find the right positions for my fingers.

It starts out very simple, but the game increases the difficulty on the fly depending how well you hit the notes and you really learn to play the songs on the guitar.

When you first start the game it guides you trough tuning the guitar (the game has a tuning meter) and everytime before you play a song you quickly strum trough all the strings to see if it's still on tune.

Believe me I don't know all the chords. It does take time to be able to position your fingers. Also, it'll be easier on your fingers once you start getting calluses.

That's a great handy tool. Hopefully it doesn't keep stopping the song to tune in the guitar.

The Walking Dead 400 Days

It was an interesting prequel to season 2 and i liked how it was split up into 5 parts that can be played in any order. Each character's tale intertwines in some way with the other 4 and you eventually learn the whole story as you progress.

Only bad thing is I felt kind of cheated with the fact that you're thrown into scenarios that are confusing to you because you don't know what's happened prior. In season 1, when you meets Kenny, Lee is also meeting him for the first time so it felt very immersive. With 400 Days, the characters have already established a relationship and it's hard to make choices when you don't them but the protaganist does. There is one part where the protaganist meets a stranger and I could tell it was much more effective since you really don't know what to make of the guy.

And if you played it, did you notice how every character's story ends with two people on the run? At least that's how it was for me. Makes me think that any of those two came across Clementine in the season 1 epilogue.

I'd like to play The Walking Dead: 400 Days... WickedLiquid, does 400 Days coincide with the original Walking Dead game at all? As in... will my progress and save file from the first game affect 400 Days in any way? Or is 400 Days its own stand alone sorta game?

I'm currently replaying The Last of Us on new game plus mode. I basically just wanna use my already acquired skills and items and kick some arse. Plus I want to try and max out the other skills I haven't quite achieved.

I'm also playing Pokémon: Black and White 2 (Black) on my 3Ds... just running around and levelling up my Pokemanz.

Oh, and I'm also replaying Skyrim on my PC, or should I say I'm continuing my replay. I made an Imperial who specialises in stealth, archery, light armour and dual wielding blades... but I'm kinda half tempted to just hack my game and BECOME A GOD.

Craig, 400 Days is completely different as it introduces us to 5 new characters each with their own separate story. Keep in mind it's the length of an episode so the stories are very short.

But without spoilers I will say that there are some fimilar faces from season 1 and your choices you made does have an impact although it's very subtle.

Sourdeez, there's something about 400 Days that's bugging me, maybe you can help?

---> Is it just me or is Ronin actually Andy St John from the Diary Farm in episode 2? Ronin is the guy with the Cancer survivors (from episode 4) who asks you to kill someone in Shel's story. It looks exactly like him but with a shaved head. I spared Andy's life when given the choice to kill him and I killed his brother. So I was wondering if you killed Andy and if so was Ronan in Shel's story? <--

Please ignore this spoiler post, I tried to edit it enough just in case

I think you mean roman. They definitely are not the same person.
Spoiler answer: If I remember correctly I killed everyone at the farm. Roman was still a character in 400 days.
http://walkingdead.wikia.com/wiki/Roman

Now these are a couple of characters that were in episode 4, 5, and are also characters in 400 days.
Spoiler: So yes they are part of the cancer survivor group that steals the boat in episode 4/5, they even make mention of it in my 400 days.

Do not click this link unless you are prepared for spoilers everywhere.

I'm probably going to replay through the whole series again right before season 2 releases just to rework some of my decisions and the outcomes of some of the characters reactions.

Awesome, thanks man.

I blame the developers because they both look alike, the similarity was uncanny. Just figured the character changed his name as a way to start anew with the new group.
