I have a PS2 I bought at the Salvation Army for 30 bucks. Came with 2 mint condition controllers and a memory card (all first party). Anywho it is now softmodded and I need to know some good multiplayer games (mainly co-op) to enjoy with some buds. I'd like to know of some good games that are maybe a bit under the radar or not too many people played. Thanks in advance.

You know, looking through my PS2 collection I hardly see and good co-op games. But I will recommend the best out of my collection in no order.

God of War
God of War 2
Final Fantasy X
Final Fantasy XII
Silent Hill 2
Silent Hill 3
Bully
Grand Theft Auto 3
Grand Theft Auto Vice City
Grand Theft Auto San Andreas
Shadow of the Collosus
Metal Gear Solid 2
Metal Gear Solid 3
Persona 4
God Hand
Devil May Cry
Resident Evil 4

Are any of those co-op games? No. But if you own a PS2 and never played any of those yet then you owe it to yourself to give them a shot.

Also, if you want some amazing gems, I would highly, highly recommend the Ace Combat games. 4, 5, and 0 are three of the best games ever made.
