I am a PS3 owner and someday hope to be a PS4 owner, yet I am not at all dissatisfied with my choice to delay purchase, solely based on the current PS4 library. When I transitioned from a Playstation 1 to a Playstation 2, I was pleasantly surprised that I could for the most part rid myself of my PS1...

It's so awesome that it's going to work with Vita from the outset. I was expecting it to be one if those "expect support in the future" sorta things. So rad.

Really looking forward to getting to play TLOU, Ratchet stuff, other PS3 games that I haven't played yet.

My friend doesn't have a PS3 or PS2, so he's excited he'll be able to play TLoU. I would probably use this to play bunch of PS2 games I haven't played. If you want more information about it in the future, you can register for news updates http://us.playstation.com/playstationnow/
I personally feel this is how I'll be able read the news about PS Now's closed beta in the U.S.

I'm skeptical about the functionality of this. I'll either be right, or pleasantly surprised.

Thanks Pascal, want to make a bet on it?

And it looks super great. I'd use it if I had good enough internet to do that whole thing, but still.
Being able to stream a good, classic PS2 game on my Vita would be really nice.

Fact. Buying Gaikai was a great move. This is going to be a big thig for Sony. Interested to see the level of cross support that this evolves into.

It's awesome that you don't have to get a subscription, but can rent them on the fly if you want. At least I assume that's what will happen. Smart TV finally has a proper use for me if this works out well!

Do you have a Bravia?

I think my initial fears were actually correct. It's coming to PS3/4 first, Vita later.

I can't wait to see how this works, how much it costs, how many titles are supported, how well it works on Vita. Vita could use it more than any other hardware Sony makes, especially with the wealth of classic PS games that would play great on the handheld.

I just got a PS4 beta code for this. Anyone else find the irony in the fact that my new PS4 will mostly be used to play old PS3 titles? While my PS3 sits next to it haha.

Would you say it's like rain on your wedding day?
It's a free ride when you already paid.
It's the good advance you just didn't take.
And who would have thought... It figures.

Since my PS3 gave me the yellow light, again, I'm thinking of just saving up my lunch money and getting a PS4 and using this to play all my old games. Well, I guess I couldn't do that, but still.

I can't tell if you poking fun at WickedLiquid or not. Anyways, I don't know if I would get PS Now due to it be only rentals.
