over $3500 if i include all the accessories, flash drive, security suites, hdmi cables, multi year warranties and monitor. I saved for it, i had it built custom. Coulda did it myself but i don't have the time. coulda had a friend do it or "some guy" a friend knows, but they're not available around the clock like this place is. Microtel built it. They come highly rated and offered customization.

It's quiet as a mouse.

the last desktop i bought was in 2001. i've been rocking laptops ever since. and those suck. this was a nice upgrade, and timely.

Good luck with that whole giving up the laptop thing.
My desktop's only occasionally run, meanwhile my laptop never gets turned off.

Thanks! I grew tired of running out of battery life on laptops in the first week of owning one. I've always, always preferred a desktop. So far so good. Enjoying Ultra everything.

Honestly, after I got my iPad I can't remember the last time I actually used my laptop, it's been a couple years, but my desktop is only turned off if I'm heading out of town.

And I wish I had a 290X.
