Grid 2 surprised me. I was going through the motions, getting used to the cars and their handling, when suddenly something happened. I started having fun.

Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

Nvidia has announced that its PhysX and APEX software development kits (SDKs) will have support for Sony's upcoming PlayStation 4 console. According to the company, developers can "use PhysX and APEX technologies for collision detection and simulation of rigid bodies, clothing, fluids, particle systems and more across a wide range of platforms, including desktop PCs, game consoles, and mobile and handheld devices".

"Great physics technology is essential for delivering a better gaming experience and multiplatform support is critical for developers," said Mike Skolones, product manager for PhysX at Nvidia. "With PhysX and APEX support for [the] PlayStation 4, customers can look forward to better games."

Very interested to hear. Will physx no longer be neutered on ATI hardware? After a certain patch number nvidia completely out people running ati cards and a geforce card for physx. Will physx run over the x86 cpu?

Either way I am happy for my ps4 friends. Physx in borderlands 2 was great. Physx in arkham city really added to the immersion in the game.
