He would probably choose the colour Chuck Norris and then roundhouse kick you in the face.

White, because it is widely recognised as a statistical advantage. The move pawn G-2 to G-4 wouldn't surprise me, as during the next move the bishop can be positioned to gain a maximum range of movement across the board.
