Hi all,
I'll normally be at the head of Playstation 3 playdates, but because I might be the only staff member with Red Dead Redemption in his library still, how about we get together and form a posse?
My biggest goal? Get more than just used44 in a game. If I can get two GR community members, I will have already doubled Kuulei's outing in Call of Duty: Black Ops!

Anyways, who is up for Red Dead Redemption on Wednesday Night?
What: GR Community Playdate with Red Dead Redemption
When: Wednesday, January 26th, from 5:30 to 7:30, PST
Who: Me! And any other community members who want to go hunting.
Where: The wild west, of course!
Why: Because there's gold in them thar hills.

Also, as a second thought, if you don't have the game, but have the ability to do so, RENT IT!
Red Dead Redemption is an awesome game, and the Black Ops playdate was a lot of fun, so if you haven't played Red Dead Redemption, you definitely should now.
With a little under a week between now and the playdate, I thought I'd also give you all an opportunity to check out some awesome deals on Red Dead Redemption.

This is something that will garner increased member activity and involvement. You might want to think about putting a link to GR Staff Playdates on the main page.
Also, not to leech off your thread, Dan, but would there be any PS3 interest amongst the members? I've already rolled co-op with several of you cuz we were on at the same time, but would love a big get together. Or AC Brotherhood, which I could borrow.

I will be planning a PS3 playdate in the near future. After seeing several people wanting to play Red Dead on 360, and because Kuulei doesn't have that game, I wanted to strike while the iron was hot. I'll post something in the Sony forums about a playdate on the ps3 early next week. |

I just booted RDR up to reacquaint myself with the controls. Went 14-4 and got second place on my team in a shootout.
Baby, I still gots it.
Also, sweet sale on 2K and Rockstar dlc. Maybe if this playdate draws a big crowd some of us would want to buy some dlc and play more often?! |

| I haven't played RDR since July last year which is when I bought the game. I might be able to play tomorrow but I really need to get reacquainted with the game first. |

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...
