When: Tuesday, February 22nd at 8PM PST/10PM CST (next week!).
Where: Call of Duty: Black Ops for the Xbox 360.
Who: Hosted by Koolaye (my gamertag).
What: Player matches, custom matches, etc.
Why: Because school is kicking my ass and I need to team up with GR members to take out some frustration. =]

Please post your gamertag below. Any questions? Concerns? Sarcastic comments? Otherwise, I hope to see you Tuesday!

And schimmel, I'm sure there will be another PS3 playdate soon. Or you can always buy a Xbox 360. Just a thought. Wink

If the members of the GR community would like to buy me a 360 then by all means I'll join in on the playdates, but the reason why I'd rather not own another one is because of my track record with them:
I bought a 360 two weeks after their launch in November 2005, played games on it, loved it, even coveted it a little. In 2007 my 360 got the infamous RRoD and I sent it into Microsoft, two weeks later I got a new one and life was good. I continued to enjoy games on it and continued to have a great time.

In 2010 guess what happened? My 360 decided to pull another RRoD, and conveniently my warranty had run out a long time ago. I'm not about to shell out another $300-$350 plus an extra $60/year to play games online with my friends. I'm happy with my PS3 and the fact that it rarely fails and has free online gaming. Bill Gates can suck it, I'd just like to see these playdates get set up at the same time, it's not line the host of the Xbox one is also on the PS3 one at the same time, so clearly it can happen.

Think about it.

Surely it can happen but different hosts mean different schedules. One person's schedule may be more hectic than the other or both. Also, it gives a chance to those who own both systems (not taking a stab at you, I swear) to play in one event and again in the other.

But we'll see what we can do. Smile

For some reason when I was invited and went to accept, it kept saying the session was no longer available...Sad

And wasn't it supposed to be at 8 PST?

It was at 8PST. I was online five minutes before, you can ask UghRochester for proof. Razz I use GR Members solely for its friend's list since my list (Koolaye) is full, so I send out invites using that tag. Sorry for the confusion. I didn't see you online till much later. If it happens again, please send me a message, so I am aware you're online. Smile

How the hell do you fill your friends list? That seems crazy to me. I have like 10 friends, haha.

Just over time Smile I've been a part of a handful of forums and participated in their community events. Also, being a girl seems to get you a lot of friends apparently. o_O

How can I see the GR list? I didn't even know you can have stuff like that on the 360! And I believe you Razz lol. I still don't know why it kept saying session is no longer available.
