Microsoft's newest console has lots of different features, but video games might hold the device back from the software giant's true intentions.

Go ahead and post the last movie you watched. If you feel like it you can even include an image of the poster as long as it isn't you know, porn. Feel free to add a rating as well!

I really enjoyed it.

I'd give it 3.5 to 4 stars.

The beginning half was awesome. Then somewhere in the second half they had even less dialogue which led to a feeling of the film dragging, and the action level...Well let's just say it lost some it's balls. A weaker second half is what makes me question giving it 4 stars.

The last movie I watched was X-2. After seeing First Class decided to go back and watch the originals. I always wished they spread out and showed off more mutants, and maybe put them in something similar to their iconic suits, but really they did a fantastic job with those movies. Going to watch X-men 3 this week and then Wolverine which I've never seen.

Hook!

If you haven't seen this movie, you need to. It's probably the absolute best movie rendition and continuation of a fairy tale, ever.

The only problem with it is if you were flipping through TV channels and happened to land on the first 30 minutes of it, you probably wouldn't keep watching. The beginning is kinda boring, and to get the full effect of the movie, you have to watch them. This puts the movie at an 8.5/10 for me.

Hall pass.

It is what I expected it to be. Provided some laughs, forgot about it immediately after it ended.

What GL said, I saw it in theaters and it's the best superhero movie of the summer. Tommy Lee Jones is like bacon.

Last movie that I watched at home? Let's look at the ol' Netflix, and...

Good movie, book is pretty cool too (In the Eye of the Storm). It's about an LDS missionary who got sent to Tonga back in the 50's.

Scott Pilgrim

It was... good. It was funny and some of the action scenes were good. But beyond that, eh. I don't think I'd ever want to watch it a second time.

yeah, i liked it a lot. But i'd agree, a second viewing doesn't seem necessary. It's too bad it flopped, even with the good reviews it received. I'm still trying to convince my parents to watch it.

It was really the only movie besides avatar that I've seen where I felt the 3D helped with the immersion. The light cycle stuff was pretty awesome in 3D.

I never really understood the criticism from critics on being unable to follow the plot. I mean, even my girlfriend who's afraid to branch out from Disney movies understood what was going on quite well.

Oh yeah, the plot was actually pretty good. Since I haven't seen the first Tron I was thrown into the deep end, but I got it! I kinda wished they'd gone into more of a backstory about Tron the character, he seemed cool. But I suppose the backstory of him is - the first film?
Plus, I found out Jeff Bridges starred in the original Tron too...which is a nice little trait to have!

Oh, and PS:

Tron: Legacy makes a WHOLE lot more sense if you've seen the original Tron. It is a sequel, after all.

I've tried to sit through Tron Legacy 5 times (no exaggeration), and have failed at about the mid way point every time. I don't think I have the attention span to sit through 2 hours of futuristic homosexual gladiators. It's like a prettier battle LA. All action, 0 storyline or character developement.

And it looks and sounds incredible on my television.

My only disappointing blu ray purchase in a long time. Since where the wild things are. The worst movie of all time.

I don't get the fascination.

But to each their own. I like a lot of movies most consider terrible. Very Happy

If you don't understand the plot of Tron Legacy you should be proud you had the mind power to get out of bed in the morning.

The last movie I watched was Sherlock Holmes, finally. The Robert Downey Jr. one. I liked it quite a lot and now I'm excited for the upcoming sequel.
