Part 1

Another day in Toronto. Wicked looked out the window to see three feet of snow on the ground and roads covered in ice. "Geez. I'm not going out in that," he said to nobody in paticular, "man, I hate these summer heat waves." And with that he plopped onto the couch. Picking up his controller he turned on his PS3. "Now, what to play? Bit o' PS Home, or maybe some Silent Hill...I know!" He scrolled down to his PS1 Classics folder and chose Metal Gear Solid. But when the game started, everything went dark which was weird because it was daytime. Then the TV flickered on and the game started. But that was weird, it was not in the underwater passage. This looked like the snow-covered mountains of Alaska...and that's when he noticed that the screen was slowly getting larger, spreading to cover his whole wall and then, strangely, the other walls. "What the..." Before he knew it, he was sitting on his couch in the middle of a snowy range. There was a sudden whirring sound and a small robot appeared. A screen opened on the side. It read " you need supplies. Choose one."



Ask for a gun.

Ask for a radio.

Ask for some cigarettes.

"A radio." The robot rolled off into the distance. If there was one thing Wicked knew, it was that MGS games were all about procure on site. And intel was worth it's weight in bullets. So where to start? He stood up and looked around. He didn't remember Snake having to hike, but that was exactly what he had to do. So off he trudged. It was cold, but this rugged Canadian was, well, Canadian. He was still in a pair of gym shorts after all. Cold didn't Haney nothin' on this bad mutha. He saw the robot returning and sighed with relief, as he bent down, he expected a compartment to open with a radio inside,but instead it lashed out a long metal tentacle. Reflexively he covered what was mostrecious to him, "not Big Jim and the twins!" But instead the arm went in his ear. "Owwww, oww, what the he'll?!?" That's when he heard it. A codec test signal. So with blood draining out of his ear, and a smile on his face, Wicked placed his first call.
