Do you have someone around your level/gear to play with? You might roll face with you as the tank and a mage/DH burning things.
I might get to that level someday but I'm hitting the gear wall already in Hell haha. |

theyre changing loot in 1.0.3... you can now get ilvl 63 in act 1... which as of right now i believe you can only get in act 4.
now there will only be a 2% chance, but there is an 8% chance of finding them in act 4... at the rate i can smash things in act 1 and 2, i think anyone would be better off farming them than in act 4...
this alone makes the game sound so much better to me.
guess im having a change of plans.
act 1 will have a 2% of ilvl 63
act 2 4%
act 3/4 8%
omfg...
bosses no longer guarantee a 2 drop of rare items with 5 stack NV buff.. but every single rare pack you kill after 5 stack is guaranteed to drop a rare...
this is amazing... i take back that wall of fail, the game just became what it is supposed to be, an item hunt.
and they're making all the acts smoother overall. they say act 1 is in a good place, but if you can faceroll act 1, act 2 should definitely not be a brick wall. and so on.
which is exactly what i wanted.... my barb should be geared enough to be comfortable anywhere.. i'm just gonna take my giant rant down..
way to go blizzard.

also getting rid of mobs doing increased damage in groups vs. solo play, which never made any sense in the first place.
this isn't wow.. why should i get hit 45% harder when im the exact same squishiness as i am solo.

demon hunter is by far the best class in the game at the moment

They do a lot of damage and have lots of survival abilities. Smoke screen is very useful. |

Smoke screen makes you invisible for one second. How in Hell is that possibly helpful?

Anyone else roll Witch Doctor? I'm only just finishing up Nightmare, and not struggling at all. But from what it looks like WD loses all effectiveness in Inferno :p
Might have to reroll with DH soon.

Hahaha I won't, the WDs still really fun to play. But I dont think the 1.0.3 patch will be fixing any major class issues. They've said they'll hold off on class balancing till 1.1.
At the moment there's literally only one way to play WD in Inferno (technically more than one, but they're all variations based on the passive Vision Quest) and to fix that they're going to need to alter a large number of skills.

theyre not working on classes, but they're nerfing inferno. and making it so farming is viable in act 1 and especially 2. so even if you still have troubles you can still make some cash

I guess i dunno what makes them good later on but in nightmare I just tear through everything and if they get close i just smoke screen before they get to me and run away then repeat. |

just solo'd inferno diablo on my barbarian. i toughed it out!!!!
most of this game was a gear check, diablo inferno wasthe first one that had my heart pumping..
i started to get crazy at like 5% of phase 3, and got caged for the first time. he drops u down to like 0% and if he touches u after ur fucked (and he normally does).
i potted and lept the fuck out of there onto a health cauldron and survived!
was so freakin intense.

The new update fucking killed my game. I logged in the other day all fine and dandy only to find out the new auction house updates needed patching. It tries to download the patch and spits me an error message. Boooo

this game sucks.
no i take that back it doesn't suck, i got my time out of it (for sure), but by blizzards standards, it sucks.
im now geared and can clear act 3 and 4 with ease (20-25 min 5 stack + boss kills), and i'm bored out of my mind...
it doesn't have the magic, no.... i dunno. it just doesn't live up to diablo 2, at all.
I don't see 1.0.3 doing much of anything except making the loot hunt a little more enjoyable.
the prices on the auction house just continue to get more and more ridiculous. the RMAH has inflated gold prices through the roof, a week ago you could get a really nice piece for 1-2 million, today you're looking at 10-15 million.
auction house period was a bad idea, let alone the RMAH.
bring on guild wars.. (not excited for TL2, didn't enjoy the first, also had no atmosphere, just pure loot fest)
im sad, someone hold me.

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...
