Wii U Launch Date Betting Pool

Hey guys. Let's take bets on when the Wii U will launch.

I'm going with November 11th. It's early enough to get an initial batch of units out and still have a second shipment in time for Black Friday. Also it's a Sunday and it's November which mirrors the Wii's launch date.

What do you guys think? When will the Wii U be out on store shelves?

The real question is:
Does anybody actually care?

Because i seriously don't know a single person who's actually looking forward to the Us launch.

Although so far at least it doesn't look TOO bad. It has a controller (yes, it's retarded, but the N64s one wasn't exactly rational was it?) and uses blu-rays, so hopefully it'll have some decent games so i can pick up a used copy 6 months after it's released from somebody who needed to blow the dust off it before taking pictures.

WiiU will probably launch in November, with the 720 launching next oct/nov, PS4 will launch in 2014 with a retail price of $1500 and get exactly 4 sales.

I don't see how they could launch anytime after November and still get the holiday sales home consoles typically need to boast about.

You think it's going to come out on Remembrance Day/Armistice/Veterans/etc.? I'm thinking maybe the 16th/17th.
