I am a PS3 owner and someday hope to be a PS4 owner, yet I am not at all dissatisfied with my choice to delay purchase, solely based on the current PS4 library. When I transitioned from a Playstation 1 to a Playstation 2, I was pleasantly surprised that I could for the most part rid myself of my PS1...

You have a big empty garage or den with room for three original arcade cabinets. What do you pick?

Can it be ANYthing?

I'd totally have one of those Mechwarrior Sim Machines...the big cubicle things you climb into.

As for convention - Street Fighter 2 is a must, along with Donkey Kong, Metal Slug and Bubble Bobble.

Well, I already have a Galaga/Ms Pacman machine and a good pinball machine.

So a candy crane.

First and foremost, THIS. I have wonderful memories of playing this with my little brother whenever we went to pizza hut. Man, I want one so bad.

Second, THIS. I think this was the first arcade game that I ever beat with my friends. I became a man that day.

Third, this one is hard...I have so many contenders. Simpsons, X-Men (6 man), Tekken Tag, DDR, SF2, Time Crisis, Guantlet Legends, MK 1-3, NBA Jam...but the third spot would definitely have to be NFL Blitz. I love that game so much.

My school totally has that Pac-Man party. So freaking awesome. Smile

I think I would have to go with Gauntlet, and Metal Slug. Third option could be anything, or Longo makes me want pinball. Pachinko?

Dodonpachi for reflex training

Virtua Tennis for fun multiplayer

and Whack-a-Mole for anger release. Virtual screen or the classic one goes both, but I have bad memories from unresponsive touch screen and shitty hammer handle. So many blisters in my palms after that night.

Damn, okay.

SF II:

Konami's Police 911 (don't know why they didn't port the game to the Kinect but oh well):

I'm with MattAY with the Mechwarrior pods:

Razz

Yeah, obviously. But that's like cheating, man. Still deciding on mine, by the way.

I went apesh*t as a kid everytime I saw that in the arcade.

My dream arcade? and all the machines are actually working? Hmm......... And I have someone to play with every time I play? Hmmm......

Star Wars Trilogy
Gauntlet
..... I can't choose between House of the Dead 2 or Time Crisis...................... Fine HotD 2, better bosses in my opinion.

Tekken Tag, you were a very close runner up but nothing beats a go 2 co-op play of HotD2 or a 4 way Gauntlet
