| Yeah it was weird because I NEVER play Halo with my chat set to public. I don't hear anything they say, and they can't hear me. In fact, I was in a private party with two other people and we all got similar unprovoked voice messages. And these were an hour after we had played maybe one match with the guy. So we all filed complaints. I hope that actually does something. |

So, I've been thinking about the midnight launch for the game (most likely they're going to have one). I was thinking about taking my little Flip camera and ask random questions to the other people in line. Anyone want to give me questions to ask them?

My roommate just bought Halo CE Anniversary. It has 3d built in so i've been playing it on my 3d monitor. The 3d is actually implemented really well.
Besides this version having better graphics the original pc version would run at 120 fps but all the animation were still 30fps. So while the world was going by me smooth any animation was all choppy.

Yep. This tripped me the FUCK out when i started playing the original on my PC after a few years. I was like 'the shit is that?' whenever i saw the animations.
Thought it might've been something wrong with my settings until i figured it out.
Starting a new job soon so i'll probably go on a halo spending spree and grab CEA, H4 collectors and the limited console all at the same time.

And yeah its just how halo 1 is. Halo 2 on the other hand runs perfect at 120fps

Best thing about aus is that even the pleb pizza delivery driver jobs tend to pay obscene levels of money. Hence i'll be doing nothing but driving around on weekend nights and still getting $300-400.
Wondering if i should read the first 2 books in the new halo trilogy before or after Halo 4. Suppose before, considering their release date?
Also have to keep resisting the temptation to buy an old non-updated 360 for $80 and being one of those bad people who own dual-layer DVD burners.
