No, you don't get Italy. That was already given Laughing Instead, you get to celebrate Paradox's birthday and Anthony Severino's birthday as well! Due to mixing Italians with a paradox, my gift to you is a nice homemade lasagna, but I traveled through time and ate it myself. Enjoy your birthdays!
