Modern warfare shooters are a dime-a-dozen, so why not jump behind the “wheel” of a ten-ton behemoth and incorporate strategy to decimate the enemy?

Windows 10 Review for Dummies

After all these years, and growing up with Windows 3.1, I have seen an entire evolution of computers and software. Touch screens and large resolutions were a pipe dream just 15 years ago. Now it's the norm. Going from a Packard Bell (yes, before HP) that couldn't run 3D Ultra Mini...

Is anybody else playing the Wind Waker HD remake? It is gorgeous and just so fun. You know how your memory makes games look better than they probably did at the time? The improved HD graphics combine with the art style to look just as good as you remember it looking.

It's difficult to choose one Zelda game as my favorite, because they share so much as a series. But playing WW again is reminding me that, yeah, it is definitely my favorite.

I play wind waker on my PC with an emulator, which means it's in 1920x1080 with anti-aliasing, so effectively the same as wind waker HD on the WiiU.
It really does look very, very good. The art style has aged much better than, for example, Twilight Princess.

How does the wiiu pad thing go with it?

Pretty cool integration of the Wii U gamepad. It can display your inventory or map. So no pausing to equip a new item, just swipe it into position. The map is great for dungeons but is even better for sailing. Basically still the same map screen but now in real-time without pausing.

I have never played Wind Waker and honestly I'm just looking for an excuse to get it on Wii U. Probably need to finish the other Zelda games in my library first, plus I have Earthbound on Wii U and haven't played very much of that at all.

Having never played it is the only excuse to buy it you need. Shit, man.
