The graphics, at the time, were phenomenal; the story was winding and engaging; the gameplay was sharp and not above breaking the fourth wall when appropriate. It’s one of the few titles where the number of times I’ve...

We just released our first trailer:
http://ljis17.com/media/

Last Jungle In Sector 17 is a top-view 2D action strategy game, taking place in open space. The goal of the game is to defend your base and survive the enemy assault. The player starts out with a single fighter craft which he controls with keyboard and mouse. As the events progress he also gains access to defense turrets, tactical structures, allied crafts and different upgrades.

So tell us what you think? Any advice would be welcomed Smile

Well we were messing around with boids and thought the code could be used for a game, so we started out small and the game kept growing. We did take a look at space battles from movies and series (Firefly, Star Wars, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica...).
