I saw the trailer, and it does look pretty cool.

It must be played, Matt. It's like ICO mixed with dark European/Brothers Grimm-esque fairy tales. Well worth your time and money.

Somebody needs to play it so I can make a spoiler topic. I'm itching to talk about it further.

I'll probably try it out when it comes out on PC.

Ok, I bought it and started playing. I've just finished the mine with the trolls.

It is an awesome game! And it does have a similar feel to Ico like you said, which is a good thing of course. I enjoy the interactions each brother has. EG I remember interacting with a lady sweeping, the big brother helps her out, and the little brother annoys her by fucking around with it. And every person in the game gets the same treatment, it's entertaining and gives the game so much character.
Puzzles are a little easy right now but can only assume they'll get harder.

Puzzles are pretty easy throughout, sadly.

I gave your comment on that review a thumbs up. What we review is determined by a multitude of factors, but what you guys want to see definitely has an impact. If you're curious about a game, just contact us by PM or e-mail or whatever and it will totally push us in that direction, even if we have to spend budget to get it done.

We can't review everything, but we'll do our best to cover what's important. Lately I've been trying to push for more "in-depth" coverage plans where core titles get a bit more spotlight than others. This obviously means that some games just don't get covered, but hopefully what we do cover gives you guys a really strong idea of what the game is about, why it's cool, how it's different, etc.

I have noticed there has been alot more downloadable title reviews which I thoroughly enjoy since I haven't been in the market for $60 games for a while.

I digress. I played the demo of this game and will very likely buy it. It something different and fun from what I saw.

The plane and the dual rope swing thingy...that is the moment I fell in love with the game!

Yeah for sure. The rope part is incredible. It should almost be present the whole game.

I loved ICO. I'll check it out.
EDIT: Had a hard time finding the game on Amazon. Turns out, it's an arcade game. Silly me.

Silly sausage.

Yeah, I completed it - playing through it again, some of the environments were absolutely stunning. EG the part with the northern lights.

How long was the playthrough? Was there lots of sidequest or was it pretty linear (demo's can be deceiving with this type of thing)?

After everything I've heard I'm still going to buy this on payday. Plus I wanna read GR's review too.
