I'm really tempted to get the new Mario Kart 8 bundle with the free Wind Waker thrown in as well.

Same. Kind of glad I haven't bought a Wii U yet. I kind of want the Mario Bros. bundle but if the Mario Kart one includes a digital code for one of them, might as well get that one.

It really is. One reason I was leaning towards the WW bundle was because two Mario Bros. games weren't going to give me a whole lot of variety. Mario Kart and Super Mario Bros. or WW would!

Oh and if a new Fatal Frame does come to the Wii U? Sold.

If I end up getting the Mario Kart bundle, what type of controller should I pick up for a second player?

If you don't already have a Wiimote and Nunchuk, get those and make sure the Wii mote is a Wii Motion Plus controller (most of them are right out of the box now, no need to get the additional plug in like you had to at launch). That'll allow you to play all the other Wii games too.

If you want to get *another* controller, I'd get a Wii U pro controller to get as near to the GamePad controls without the screen, though I don't have one myself.

I know I will be getting mario Kart 8 and New Super Mario Bros for sure now.

Nintendo needs to keep offering freebies like this. Will make the system sell a lot faster.

I'm looking forward to Mario Kart 8. I'm also looking forward to Nintendo's next presentation with the Wii U games.

I got Mario Kart 8 today and I am loving it. Beautiful game, fantastic soundtrack, runs great and is a lot of fun to play. I'm also glad the game came with an update to update my Wii U to the latest software.

Also, with the Club Nintendo promotion, with the purchase of Mario Kart 8 I scored myself The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD Edition for free!

I'm jealous of all you with Mario Kart 8, but might not be anymore, why? Since my paychecks are fortnightly, it's usual some months we get 3 paychecks and July is one of them.

So, my question is whether I should get that Mario Kart 8 Wii U bundle? I also want to play Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, perhaps get a 3DS instead? I missed out on Twilight Princess. Should I get a Wii? However, I never played Windwaker.

Let me know which console I should get.

I reckon Wii U. There's always a chance Twilight Princess could come out on some sort fo HD Remake. Wind Waker has an HD version on the Wii U so that's that covered.

SSB will be coming out soon which you will love. Obviously MK8 is a pro, with what looks like a potential racer to beat GL's arsehole reign.

I would love to play you guys in MK8. Do you have a Wii U, MattAY? Also, saw a bundle on GameStop I consider. This is what it comes with.

32GB Deluxe Wii U - My problem with this is the amount of space for a HDD. Would a 32GB last?
Super Mario Bros U
Super Luigi Bros U
Mario Kart 8

Another question. Can the Wii U chat audio output to speakers?

Well, you can output all Audio to speakers, if that's what you're asking. Not sure if you're wanting to somehow separate chat audio from game audio, but I don't think that's possible.

I still don't know which game I should get for free with my MK8 purchase. Halp, plz. :s

Yes! I would love all audio (including chat) to be outputted to my TV Speakers. I did research and understand the game chat is very limited, but I would love to capture chat if I do get a Wii U (which I will most likely toward the end of the month)

When does that free game promotion end?
