FEATURED VOXPOP oblivion437 Update: I was unfortunately not aware of Shamus Young's severe criticism of Fallout 3 available here to link in the original piece and I regret that.  It dovetails rather nicely with what I've written and it's much better executed than my piece.  I strongly recommend anyone...

So i think my logitech wireless mouse of 4 years has just conked out.

It wasn't particularly a gamers mouse but the lag time wasnt a problem and it had just two other buttons to go back and forth pages for web browsers making the thing pretty simple.

Anyway, i was reading about this other logitech mouse

http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2428489,00.asp

It says one of the pros of that mouse is the battery lasting days on days, as if that was a good thing. My mouse only needed batteries to be changed like every 4-5 months? Are wireless gaming mouses that large of an energy hog?
