| Boy am I glad I saw this before the hype machine. It was pretty funny, but nowhere near as perfect as critics are making it out to be. If I went in with that attitude of high expectation I'd be very disappointed. |

I found this movie to be hilarious. I really didn't know what to expect from the movie. I was pleasantly surprised though. _________________ Love hurts, but sometimes its a good hurt, and it makes me feel like I'm alive. |

It wasn't as funny as I thought it would be, but I enjoyed the story so that made up for it. _________________ "How drunk was I last night?"

I didn't know anything about it before I went, but I thought it was one of the funniest movies I have seen lately. I enjoyed it very much. _________________

Everything I've heard about that movie is making it hard for me to decide between that and the new Harold and Kumar. _________________ Less talk, more monkey!

Same here, either way i had to see, i am a huge jonah hill fan and all of the apatow productions films, he was associated with it somehow, but either way it was awesome. The musical was the best i thought. _________________ CHECK OUT OUR GAMING PODCAST:

Haha, funny story, I went to Chicago for spring break to visit a friend and we saw those ads everywhere--taxis, buildings, cta stops....and we were like "wtf?" The first thing I did when I got back was IMDB Sarah Marshall to see what the dilly-o indeed was. _________________ Less talk, more monkey!

Like 40 Year Old Virgin and Superbad before it, I'll likely wait to see this until it releases on DVD.
I usually really like the actors in Apatow's movies (Paul Rudd, Steve Carrel, Michael Cera) but the movies themselves never really hit with me. 40 yo Virgin specifically, I didn't laugh once at.
Also, the guy who plays the lead in Sarah Marshall annoys the shit out of me.
Moral of Story: DVD. |

I loved 40 yr old Virgin, Knocked Up and Superbad. They were each hilarious and made me laugh out loud. Apatow is a genius and I'll be seeing this movie soon.
Also Pineapple Express looks like it'll be awesome! _________________ Life is not a predetermined path but a branch of many choices that make us who we are. |

I heard it was better than 40yo, Knocked Up or Superbad.
It does seem too silly for me too. We'll see. _________________

I wouldn't say it was better. 40 yr old Virgin, Knocked Up and Superbad had so many jokes. I've seen 40 yr old virgin probably 10 times and each time I caught a new joke.
Forgetting Sarah Marshall has it's moments of epic hiliarity, but after watching it once, I caught everything. |
