The official artwork has started being published for XBOX360 and PS3 which consists of a police helicopter above Los Santos, a high speed pursuit between a car and a bike, a beach view with the Getty museum in the distance and the usual characters with weapons. Much like Red Dead Redemption, no PC version will be released due to the sheer size of the map and texture quality. It would be virtually impossible to run it without a considerable amount of freezing. I am doubtful that Niko Bellic returns, as prior sources have said, although I was not fully informed. However a host of new characters will be introduced.
