Haiku Friday Independence Day Edition

Happy 4th of July to all of our American readers! Ah, there's nothing quite like a weekend of binge drinking and eating coupled with the misuse of explosives to remind us what makes this country great. *Cue Team America Theme Song*
Now onto this weeks Haiku Friday Prize:
Some of you out there may be old enough to remember a little show called Mystery Science Theater 3000. The plot was essentially that there was a guy trapped on a space station who had to watch horrible movies and make witty quips about them along with his robot friends. Personally, I was a big fan. I'd watch their marathons on Comedy Central every Thanksgiving.
MST3K has been off the air for quite a few years now, but some of the fellas behind it have been doing what they call RiffTrax. They're essentially audio tracks you can download full of jokes to play over your favorite movies while you watch them.
RiffTrax is now expanding that idea into the realm of DVD and they've been kind enough to spread the love around to you, the loyal GR members. I've got five new DVDs chock full of sardonic wit and humor to give to the five best haikuists out there.
Here's the full list:
Reefer Madness (x2)
Plan 9 From Outer Space
Little Shop of Horrors
The best of RiffTrax Shorts Vol.1
All you have to do to win is submit a haiku in the comments section below before Monday. We'll pick our five favorite and those lucky poets will each get a DVD (we'll be deciding who gets what movie) Since this is the Independence Day edition, lets make sure your haiku is about the 4th of July. Whether you love it, hate it, have no strong opinion, just like blowing up a small chunk of your country of origin, or live in another country and hate all of us fat, lazy bastards let's see some hardcore haiku!
