Finally Broke My Crowdfunding Rule
By oblivion437
Posted on 01/12/15
I've had a long-standing rule to avoid getting involved in any sort of crowdfunded activities.  I didn't donate to Shadowrun or Wasteland, but I did buy and enjoy both of them (I'm plugging both of those games right now, just so you know they're good).  I haven't...

8-Bit Youtube Makes Everything Better

Posted on Tuesday, August 17 @ 22:36:31 Eastern by
I've been wrestling with the Manifesto editor all day. How many times will you delete my post before you completely break me?! Ivan "Manifesto" Drago?!

So you know what, I'll just have to leave the nice long Nintendo Release Date list for tomorrow and share this with you revolutionaries instead. Yes, 8-Bit anything makes me happy. Do me a favor and post something 8-bit and awesome in the comments section. Blake's got Haiku Fridays, Duke gives away old Xbox 360s. I just want some pure sympathy for the poor, poor intern.

If you see a double 8-bit Youtube, don't freak out. It's just 16 bits. I'll send something neat to whoever not only reads this post, and comments, but also leads me to something awesome and 8-bit. I don't care if it's a piece of music, a movie, or a flash game. Link me something, get a prize, and I'll make sure the rest of GR sees whatever I deem awesome enough to earn this prize.

I'll give you dear readers until Friday, then notify the winner in a post.
