April Fools Day Is Over, Can We Change Our Avatars Now?

Posted on Tuesday, April 2 @ 00:00:00 Eastern by

That scary face above is me, but you might have missed it yesterday during the Internet freak-out known as April Fools Day. Maybe you missed it because you haven't done your spring cleaning yet?

See, whenever you change your avatar on GameRevolution it may take a little while to appear on the site. Clearing your browser's cache helps to shake the dust off and download any of the awesome new icons your fellow users might have recently switched to. That's why I'm going to do some spring cleaning and switch to a new avatar image on Friday.

Just like last time, you can join us or not. It's up to you, but we love the community on GameRevolution so banding together and making a change is more fun when we can peer pressure you into doing it too. I'm thinking of reaching outside the realm of video games for my new avatar. Let us know in the comments if you plan on participating, and be sure to upload a new icon by Friday or else we'll point and laugh at you like everyone laughed at me in middle school when I had to wear a school uniform and everyone else got their parents to sign a waver.
