Asura's Wrath Demo with GR Commentary (and Chickens)

As reported last week, Capcom's demo for Asura's Wrath was released on the 11th, and we felt obligated to see why this Japanese God of War was all hot and bothered. We tried to be stoic, but there was far too much angry wackiness going on in the demo for David Carlon and I to keep our collective mouths shut.

We also cluck like chickens at the credits.

[I got Mithra and Shinra confused... I know... Bad nerd, bad!]

Wanted to watch, but loads hecka slow for me. I thought the demo was hilarious. It's stupid enough to be funny. Kinda wish someone would do a dub like the Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged series by littlekuriboh

I feel like this game was trying to be SO epic like GoW with ridiculous bosses and stuff, but I feel like it was was more corny than anything.

In God of War, I sometimes had to remind myself that I was controlling a superhuman who should be able to defeat the boss/horde of mobs the game put in front of me.

In this demo, I felt as powerful as a god and enjoyed every second but at the same time I didn't want to be too careless.

God of War's like a race where you have a Mustang and your opponents got Corvettes, whereas Asura's the same race except everyone's driving a Formula 1.
