Dragon Quest VIII Goes Mobile, Looks Like Ass

Posted on Monday, October 14 @ 07:20:08 PST by Heath_Hindman

"But the way to make the most money is to do the least work possible," I imagine someone said when they showed this crap to a board of directors. The controls look awful, for one thing, and this game is about... as... slow... as... it... can... possibly... ever... get... I... think. It's like the team's goal wasn't "30 frames per second" or "20 frames per second," it was just "frames." Well achievement unlocked, Square. Great job.
