Dragon Quest VIII Goes Mobile, Looks Like Ass

"But the way to make the most money is to do the least work possible," I imagine someone said when they showed this crap to a board of directors. The above is the travesty that is the mobile version of Dragon Quest VIII. Once known as one of the PS2's finest RPGs, it's now reduced to being whatever the hell you call the crap in that video.

The controls look awful, for one thing, and this game is about... as... slow... as... it... can... possibly... ever... get... I... think. It's like the team's goal wasn't "30 frames per second" or "20 frames per second," it was just "frames." Well achievement unlocked, Square. Great job.
