Redditor Freezing0verHell took a few pictures of her amazing trip to the Mojave Desert, otherwise known as the Mojave Wasteland in Fallout: New Vegas, a fact that went over the heads of her family (I'm guessing it's a her by the picture of the Good Springs General Store). However, we know better. Take a gander at the inspirations behind the game's version of Pioneer Saloon, Hoover Dam, Buffalo Bill Hotel, Nipton, Dino Dee-lite, and Hoover Dam.

I know the guy whose parents OWN the town of Nipton. He goes out and has parties in that town all the time. He's kind of ****ing crazy.

i want to say that i have personally gone to that dinosaur that is in the third picture. it is not a recreation of the Dino Dee Motel it is simply a gift shop. it is right off the highway in Palm Desert California
