Freddie Wong: "An Inconvenient Truth"

Hey, I looked like that too, lol.

Freddie didn't get to other terrible things in the future like a whole lot of glitchy games. Or that games are way too easy now. Or the install times on PS3. Or what about Mass Effect 3's... okay, I'll stop before Keri gets all renegade on me.

What's the worst part of modern gaming today?

The worst part? Half assed completed games with $150 of DLC's released within days of the game release which SHOULD have been (and would have been on older consoles) included with the original game.

Soon, you'll pay $60 for a start menu and everything else will be a DLC...of course I'm elaborating, but still, $15 for 4 multiplayer maps for a COD game (for example) a month after it comes out when it could have been included with the release is a bigger cash grab than being gauged at the gas pumps.

Wow. This has to be the fastest tenure I've had at a gaming site before I was publicly called out. Not sure if that's a good or a bad thing.

Aside from steam. I would have to say the worst thing about gaming is the market we are in. Used games are killing the market and dlc is killing consumers

Lack of new ideas. I find myself buying to many sequels or remakes of a game. For instance, at the time I'm writing this comment, there isn't a single article about a brand new IP on gr's homepage. This will be the downfall of the gaming industry in my eyes.
