I was so interested in the Dead Space universe and story that I couldn't keep away. Beyond that of course I'm a scaredy cat.

Hell yeah! Lots of good haikus though. Guernica's in particular was awesome.

I'm glad that you gave Book of Memories a positive review. I wasn't expecting that at all.

I love Used's haiku! I don't know if it stills holds up very well, but I remember the original Aliens vs. Predator as the scariest game I've ever played. The space marine campaign was terrifying and groundbreaking in its use of ambient light & sound. No other game since has made my heart race or my head drip with sweat as much as it did.

Totally agree about AvP. Was so much thrill in those marine campaign levels, I didn't like playing them very much (I was also on the younger side).

AvP on Playstation scared me. AvP2 marine campaign scarred me. AvP2 multiplayer survival mode was one of the top 10 experiences ever. It has to go back to childhood when I would watch Aliens over and over. I would bring my toy guns downstairs, tape batteries to them (because that makes them more powerful), and go gun ho. I can pre-quote Aliens as I watch. I even read the books.

I am excited for the new game needless to say.

Are those little characters in the banner from Costume Quest? I bought that game just to play for halloween. Such a clever little RPG.

You're just too on the ball.
I had a day off this week or else we'd have a brand new episode up today. Honestly, we just want to make sure everyone gets their regular dose of Nick reading Haikus.

A kinda spooky game that I ended up missing due to bad reviews was Singularity. Once you tweak it the game actually looks really good and has a lot of atmosphere. Kinda like F.E.ARRage/Fallout.

Great episode. Is hard to be scared with Daniel around, he's got one of those highly contagious laughs. Reminds me of Mumbly from the old Laff-A-Lympics cartoon! :P

    *googling....*
Haha, I used to watch that on Cartoon Network every morning and not have a single clue what it was, but now that I see it again I suppose that's an apt desciption.

You're not the first person to say my laugh is infectious, but most of the time I think I'm just annoying as hell.
