Yesterday, while cleaning up my media center, I found my copy of Ratchet & Clank: Into The Nexus, which I bought sometime before Christmas last year. I had been pretty excited about this game pre-release, what with it being the first "traditional", albeit shorter than usual,...

GameRevolution's GTA Online Community Playdate On Now! [List Of Friends Inside]

Posted on Saturday, October 12 @ 18:40:00 Eastern by

[Update 2] My morning session just ended with some horrifyingly bone-shattering bike races and a very close (it was a tie, dammit!) deathmatch. I will be back on later tonight, I hope. The friends list below will continue to be updated throughout the day.

[Update] Remember, I'll be playing on Xbox 360 Saturday and PlayStation 3 Sunday. I won't be on all day, but if you see me just send an invite! If you don't see your name on the list below, simply toss it out in the comments with your platform of choice and I'll add as soon as I can. Here's a list of other revolutionaries to add on each platform:

[Original] Now that Rockstar's GTA Online environment seems to have stabilized, I think it's time we start our calendar of community events. With the game becoming a massive success on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, I'll do my best to play equally with both camps.

Obviously, if you've been playing GTA Online you know there's quite a grind between you and anything resembling the "high-life." I'm barely getting my criminal life off the ground with a pittance in the bank. I suspect you're either much further along or in the same boat as I am.

To that end, this weekend will simply be "go online and play GTA a lot". I'm not setting any specific times, so just hop on your console and play with your friends both on GameRevolution and off. Invite them to our crew! Do a few jobs, get a feel for deathmatch and racing around San Andreas.

I'll be playing on Xbox 360 Saturday and on PlayStation 3 on Sunday. I'll be online from time to time throughout those days so if you see me, send me an invite so we can run LS. To get our community further built up, join GameRevolution's crew on Social Club.

Shout out your platform your user ID below. Add each other and incite some online chaos the crew can be proud of this weekend. Also, be sure to post in this forum thread to see who else is online.
