Gamestop Stock Leaks NGP Price?

Posted on Thursday, February 10 @ 09:29:37 PST by

So much of the NGP remains a mystery! Like... what the hell does NGP even stand for? How many touch screens does it have? How many analog sticks? Oh- two of each? Still no word on what the hell NGP means though huh?

With game companies now resorting to the slow drip of hardware information, we're stuck scouring the gaming landscape for every hint of information we can find. Until official word from Sony, you can file this one in the rumor category:

In the screenshot above, you'll see a stock list for Gamestop. You'll notice two flavors of the 3DS and the price for both of those. Below that, you'll see that Gamestop has a $299.99 price tag listed for the NGP.

I suppose I'd take that bet. With Sony calling the NGP as powerful as a PS3, it would only make sense to price the two pieces of hardware at $300, right?
