In a world dominated by violent media, Americans are no more eager to go to war than they were in the 1980s or the 1960s or the 1940s. Hasn't it always been someone else's problem?
The overwhelming majority would rather go on thinking it had nothing to do with them and there...

What is the point of X mas when you have all of the games and
consoles for everything? What do you ask for?
That's a very good question,
spoken like a true game geek. It's nice to know you have your priorities
What to get when you already
have it all? How about a pony? If that's too pricey, we recommend a

Subject: Survivor revolutionary?
I have a question about the game Survivor.
The game got a F- as a grade. Now we all know this game
sucks more than everything that has ever sucked before,
but since it created a new grade (the F-) isn't it a
revolutionary game? It changed the grading system we all
know. And if it is revolutionary, shouldn't it get a
higher grade? But, if it gets a higher grade, the only
F- in the world wouldn't be anymore. And if it never
existed the game wouldn't be revolutionary anymore...
I think this is like one of those paradoxes like the ones
with time travel, or isn't it?
Man, my head hurts.
Keep up the great work!
P.S. If you want a role-playing game, don't buy an orange.

Happy Holidays Geoff,
We appreciate your concern,
but the fact of the matter is that the past month has brought the release
of two brand new consoles. This is a historic season for console gaming.
How could you not expect
to see a lot of console reviews during this hectic holiday season? In
order for us to cover a decent percentage of these hot new releases,
we have had to trim our PC coverage a bit. We're not thrilled by it,
but the sheer number of console games coming into the office has made
it hard to focus on much else.
Never fear, though, we have
every intention to review as many PC games as our little tired fingers
will allow. You can expect GR reviews for Empire Earth, Return
to Castle Wolfenstein, Ghost Recon and others very shortly.
