GR Release Round-Up 02/20/2011

So you're sitting around, looking at that stack of games you have to play. Call of Duty? Check. Halo? Check. Resistance? Check. You know what's missing? That's right: MORE shooters.

This week sets itself up to rejuvenate your love for twin analog sticks with two separate titles. They're ready to test your hit-box skills, twitchy fingers, and sweaty-cruddy-triggers. It's just a matter of filling your bladder full of Mountain Dew, getting cheeto-powder all over your finger tips, and telling your mom that you've finished your homework. Did I cover all the demographic bases with that one?I

I can't believe I had to look up how to spell Cheetos....
  • Bulletstorm (Xbox 360, PS3, PC) - February 22nd, 2011
  • de Blob 2 (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, DS) - February 22nd, 2011
Quite a stack of new releases this week! So Move-controlled 3D snow-shooting or vulgarities-a-flyin', whipping, kicking shooting? I can't really decide. I haven't finished Killzone 2, so I can't spend money on the sequel in good conscience. I'm also not a 13 year old boy so Bulletstorm has lost its appeal on me.

If Jet Grind Radio were on that Dreamcast collection, I might be tempted to pick it up. Unfortunately, Sega really blew it with this bundle disc. I guess I'll just be forced to hop on Craigslist and make my own awesome DC collection. Any recommendations?

What are you picking up this week?

    MvC3.

I preordered, but the shipment for the console I asked for was delayed for the store chain I preordered at.

Interesting, I never owned a dreamcast, but I'm guessing it's better to wait for a better collection.

How about making the "dreamcast collection" link actually link to the product instead of the main page? Actually, same goes for Gray Matter, Track Mania,Ys 1 & 2 Chronicle.

As for a DC collection...Sword of the Berserk, RE: Code Veronica, Shenmue, MDK 2, Phantasy Star Online V 2, Seaman, Grandia 2, Skies of Arcadia, Soul Calibur.

Scratch Shenmue. I think I'm one of the few who thinks it was the most boring, overrated game for the DC.

@Lethean: 9 times out of 10, if the game link redirects to the front page it means we haven't databased the game. the error for Dreamcast Collection was my fault though.

And now the DC Collection one asks me if I'm lost and confused. The answer, my friend...Is not blowing in the wind. The answer, my friend is yes.
