GR Release Round-Up March 13th, 2012

Posted on Tuesday, March 13 @ 17:01:48 Eastern by

Another week, another batch of brand new releases up for grabs. Retail shelves got flooded today with zombie Japanese gangsters, Football... from the streets, and good graces! FFFFF. Here's the list and thanks once more to Jessica Vazquez for the video above.
Top Pick honors goes to Shoot Many Robots which is some absolutely awesome fun when you've got a few co-op buddies to play with. I might also run out and pick up a copy of the limited run Tales of Graces F before I can't find it on shelves anymore and WHO THE FUCK IS STILL BUYING THESE NARUTO GAMES?!

On an unrelated note, pissed off that my brothers preorder of downpour isnt hear today, because they are "out of stock".

WTF is the point of preordering when i never get a game on time? we had a game preordered before for 6 months and still didnt get it when it came out, its like they toss all the orders ina hat and pick randomly which ones actually get it.

    /rant off.

Futureshop.ca was one, the other was amazon.ca, dont have much of a choice my only other option would be EBgames.ca which would cost me more, and probably not help at all.

Oh, Canada. Can't really recommend a site/store for there, although here in the US I consider Amazon a god for preorders ($10-$20 credit, $0.99 release date delivery). If you were close enough to the border it might work to order from the US Amazon site. I've successfully ordered dvds from Amazon.uk, and going from US to Canada would mean same region, cheaper shipping, and pretty close exchange rate. Good luck anyways.

Amazon.ca is pretty good too, downpour was only $50 instead of $60, and my preorder of Operation Raccoon city was $5 off, it feels more annoying than it should since we got screwed several times by futureshop and we never expected it to happen at amazon too.
I remember when Arkham Asylum came out and we actually had to wait 2 weeks to a month for our preorder from futureshop, but at least we hadnt preordered months in advance then.

The Naruto games play really well actually, and have improved more faults with each release. I still like Dragon Ball but the Naruto games put theirs to shame. Personally I still prefer them to Mortal Kombat and MvC3. Hoping to see a review from you guys. I think Naruto's getting to it's final story arc too so you probably won't be seeing much more of it.
