I Finally Got My Hands on a Collector's Edition of Dark Souls

I'm excited so let's dive right in!

Aside from the cameo by my girlfriend's dog, Oliver, and some difficulty getting the damn box open, I'd say this was a fairly successful unboxing! I couldn't believe it when I got the call. These Collector's Editions are going for over $100 elsewhere so just let this be a lesson. GameStop is an evil, evil corporation, but from time to time your local store can really pull the good sh** out.

    I haven't experienced any slowdown on the xbox360 yet and I'm several hours past ringing the first bell. Was it only certain parts? Does installing it clear it up? Good video.

    I had slow down from the very beginning on my 360 version. The tutorial boss even got my FPS to chug while I was reviewing.

    They must have fixed it. I haven't experience any slow down. Not even on the boss right before the first bell, which is where I would have expected at least some slowdown.

    its strange in New Zealand all the games stores have around four collectors edition each, maybe no ones buying them yet overseas your struggling to find them
