Insanely Twisted Haiku Fridays WINNERS

LAZINESS! Said you.
Pressed this brand onto my head
My shame till I die.

It was not sloth, sir.
Lack of desire for the prize
guided what I wrote.

Haiku I do write
Attempting Freedom from shame.
Simply say you’re sorry.

At writing haiku
I may not be the best, but
better than the rest.

Some were bad, some good
Some smell as fish in the sun
yet I should have won

The fix is in. Humph.

You know just because you write many verses in one post isn't really fallowing the spirit of the contest. They ask for a 3 line Haiku. So even if you do post all that and its decent and maybe it even all good, that doesn't mean you should sound grumpy because you don't get picked. My view of this weekly thing has always been for fun and to hand out rewards to different people each week when they can.

To be blunt reading a post like this just makes me see you as a sore looser.

In the end this should all just be for good fun, write a silly poem and call it a day win or loose.

Breaking Haiku form just to speak to you Merlin. Sorry if I come across as a sore looser, that was me trying to be funny (unsuccessfully). And it has blinded you to my real tirade against being singled out for what I see as a harsh rebuke: LAZINESS! “In the end this should all just be for good fun, write a silly poem and call it a day win or loose.” What you suggest I do I had already done. I wrote a silly and very bad little poem confident in the knowledge I could not win. I don’t have an Xbox 360 and thus did not want the prize. I wrote that silly and very bad little poem just for the fun of it. If you look at the whole page I was the only person singled out for a red bordered retort. Maybe I am overly sensitive, do to some emotionally scaring things in my past, yet I feel as if I was held up for public ridicule, pilloried if you will.
A simple apology is all I ask, and until I get it Daniel gets more haiku.

P.S. I think some of my 3 line only stuff was pretty good too. But then again what do I know?

oh god now tinymhg is rubbing off on me I'm going to Haiku everything now. I literally wrote that without thinking until I thought about it. Pity should of saved this for a portal Haiku Friday now lol.
