Let's Play the AC: Revelations Multiplayer Beta
Posted on Tuesday, September 6 @ 16:46:36 Eastern by Daniel Bischoff
Hey! The Assassin's Creed: Revelations multiplayer beta is on now! You've only got one week to train up on your stabbing, so if you've got a subscription to PlayStation Plus you can download, install, and murder now! Here's how I did in one of the game's new multiplayer modes, "Deathmatch."
Long story short, I sucked. I haven't played Assassin's Creed in some time so my hidden blade is a little rusty. Anyone looking to hop online and play a few rounds should add me on the PSN. Just send a friend request to danielrbischoff to use a GameRevolution staff member as a pin cushion today.
You can "contest" kills now, so there's a bit more a victim can do. Stun prompts have also been added so with really good timing you can get your attacker before they get you.
Makes me wish I hadn't already used my free month of Plus from the hacking apology pack. I didn't even use it when I had it either, I just had it for a month. It's not worth paying for it just to play the beta though. I suppose I'll have to wait until November.
