LIVE Update Preview Open

Posted on Wednesday, September 22 @ 21:51:26 Eastern by
Major Nelson... Larry Hyrb... The Xbox Guy has opened the flood gates. Any ol' Live member can apply to be in the preview program experiencing all the hot new features coming to your Xbox 360 this fall.

The Microsoft Kevin Butler (not as good as the real thing) posted on his blog that the preview program would be opening up to thousands more Live subscribers, whether they be gold or silver. Those of you accepted into the beta program will get to experience the ESPN dashboard channel, enhanced Netflix capabilities (search function, yay!), and updates to the dashboard, Zune video, and family settings.

I've signed up. You should sign up. Once we both get in, we'll talk. We'll talk through that new enhanced voice chat codec. I might actually understand what the hell you're saying to me.

You can check out the blog post at the link above, or skip right ahead to the sign up process by clicking right... here.
