Modern warfare shooters are a dime-a-dozen, so why not jump behind the “wheel” of a ten-ton behemoth and incorporate strategy to decimate the enemy?

After all these years, and growing up with Windows 3.1, I have seen an entire evolution of computers and software. Touch screens and large resolutions were a pipe dream just 15 years ago. Now it's the norm. Going from a Packard Bell (yes, before HP) that couldn't run 3D Ultra Mini...

DAILY MANIFESTO

Mood: Annoyed

I'm on hold with Xbox support. I've been playing Forza 2 and will be reviewing it next week, so I went and picked up the 360 racing wheel and it just won't connect. Also I was overcharged.

I swung by Target to buy the Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel where it was $149.99. Ouch, but hey, it gets good reviews. However, because of the connection problems I went to the internet, and right there on Microsoft's official page for the wheel is the MSRP of $129.99. Message to Target: WTF?

I'm now done with MS support, they were very nice, but didn't fix anything. So I'll be dropping by Target on my way home for sure. I have a receipt and I'm pissed off.

On a more positive note (and to cheer myself up) I checked on the progress of Dr. PS3 and Folding Team GR. You guys rule.

In just a few short weeks, we've got 68 members, and we're up to team ranking 3,434 out of 69,106. Check it. And don't forget, many of those 65,672 teams we already beat have had a six year head start.

For those of you who want to help Dr. PS3 and his medical research, you can install the folding client on either a PC or just activate it on your PS3. Team GR is team number 72437.

Remember, this one is for science!
