The only thing that stops the dust is the rain. It’s a sweet reprieve, but there is no middle ground. The land is either as dry as the Betty Ford clinic, or as wet as the ocean floor. Everything can be seen from the ridge overlooking Armadillo as John Marston gently bounces along atop...

With so many reviews and planning for next-gen console launches, October has flown by faster than ever before. Many of you might still be busy playing September's big games or have been dedicatedly saving up for a PS4 or an Xbox One you'll be buying in November, so have some of these massive releases gone by without you noticing?

Once December is here, I hope it slows down so I can cozy up with a nice new super-hot next-gen console. I'll just turn that Xbox One exhaust vent towards me and say "Xbox, play Crackling Fireplace on Netflix" and then it'll red ring and I'll have to send it in to Microsoft. Then I'll try the same thing with my PS4 and it'll burst into flames and burn down my apartment building.

I guess then I'll just have to play games on a current-gen console or on Steam, but that won't be so bad, right? Millions of gamers might be snapping up new hardware this Fall, but there's plenty of gaming to go around.

What are you buying this week? Look out for our reviews of Battlefield, Assassin's Creed, and more soon.
