Out of the Compound: GR @ E3: Diamond Standard

I'm going to keep this really short and sweet. How is it that I'm exhausted and I'm not even in L.A. yet? Are you ready for the avalanche E3 information? Why don't you exercise with everything that's happened in the last week:

Microsoft is still looking to bring Star Wars to Kinect. A short time into the future, at a press event one week away...

Call of Duty Elite will be debuting alongside with Modern Warfare 3. Activision hasn't said what'll be free and what will be paid for but maybe E3 will reveal those details.

Project Cafe will be at E3 2011 but specs may have leaked a little early. We'll be hands on next week and I'll be sure to sneak a screw driver into the meeting with me.

The PlayStation Blog may have blown the cover off of Syphon Filter 4. Of course, they managed to remove the post but we got a logo and we'll get even more next week!

Adam Jensen and Deus Ex: Human Revolution showed off some new moves in an E3 trailer this week. Hopefully more complete gameplay footage will get shown off next week.

I asked you whether or not Sony could do more to focus on the software supporting the PlayStation 3. There's a ton of buzz about the PS Vita, but let's not forget the strong PS3 lineup.

A new Zelda title will make the 25th anniversary of the franchise something special. The software will get detailed at E3, whether it's a compilation or a new game.

We were on hand at Konami's Pre-E3 Event. You can read our liveblog word for word to get that "I was there" experience. HD Collections for Metal Gear Solid, Silent Hill, and Zone of the Enders were announced. A new Contra game was teased at the end.

Lara Croft and the Tomb Raider franchise are getting reborn and a new CGI Trailer was just what the archaeologist ordered.

Bethesda saw fit to show off 7 minutes of RAGE this week. We'll have further impressions and (hopefully) a hands-on preview next week.

Will Microsoft unveil a new level of their subscription service? E3 will reveal what the Diamond level of Xbox Live entails.

Ninja Nick Tan did some spying and murdering to dig up the entire list of games, both confirmed and rumored, at E3 2011. You can thank him by catching one of his throwing stars in the face someday.
