Plugging The Podcast

Posted on Tuesday, November 11 @ 18:25:09 Eastern by Duke_Ferris

Many of you who come to the site never listen to our weekly podcast. Well you should try it now because it's easier than ever now that it is available for free on iTunes.

To download or subscribe, just get iTunes (also free if you don't already have it) and click right on this link. If you subscribe, you can even have it automatically synched to your iPod every week. That's free new gaming stuff in your iPod every week.

It's a lot of fun, and we have a lot of fun (and beers) making it. Almost every episode we figure out a way  to give away some of the gaming swag that we get sent to our listeners. We've had secret undercover GameStop employees join us to talk about GameStop's real policies and practices. We also get special game developer guests on the show.

This Friday's episode will have Dennis Fong joining us, who you old schoolers will remember as Thresh, the world's fist professional gaming athlete to actually make a good living at it. Dennis has since ridden the dot com roller coaster as CEO of a couple companies, and we'll be talking about his newest company Raptr. Oh, and we'll be drinking beer.

And while you're over at iTunes, don't forget to vote for us!

The only thing that stuck out to me here is you spelling "schoolers" without the H. Sorry, I'm terrible.

I may give it a shot, but I rarely dedicate time to just sitting and listening to anything, unless of course it is funny. I am also a terrible multi-tasker, so that rules out doing something else while listening.

I think only me, Used and Stal will be listening sadly. It is pretty funny sometimes, and they have some weird debates sometimes, so please come by.

I figured as much, Duke. Maybe if they asked more questions that would be good!

I usually listen to the podcast at night when I don't have work (well I definitely don't have work now :-( and I'll just kick back and listen to it. The podcast is usually pretty damn funny and I've learned a lot of things that usually aren't posted it the manifesto or previews.very interesting every time. I haven't listened to it in a couple of months though thanks to my late night gaming habits, and that's thanks to the great new fall games that have come out.

An interactive Q&A that can be added into your pod cast would be cool.
Unless there is already one, in which, point us in that direction.
