Screw Final Fantasy VII, I Want A Chrono Trigger Remake Like This

I honestly don't get the calls for a Final Fantasy VII remake. If we're going to get a remake from Square Enix, why don't we dig a little deeper? How about a Final Fantasy VI remake (III, whatever)? How about a Chrono Trigger remake?

Something like this maybe? Here's Chrono Trigger's Kingdom of Zeal in the style of Wind Waker: lots of cel-shading, blowing wind, and thick pen lines. Youtube user habboi created this video with the help of Polycount in the Unreal Development Kit. More please.
