Grid 2 surprised me. I was going through the motions, getting used to the cars and their handling, when suddenly something happened. I started having fun.

Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

Shadows of E3, and Beer!

Posted on Thursday, May 10 @ 21:03:54 Eastern by Duke_Ferris
It's a bit like a mini E3 this week. Yesterday EA had their summer preview event. I just spent all morning over at Sega HQ and Joe Dodson is over at UbiSoft right now. Tomorrow? Halo 3.

So in between uploading new screenshots and videos for a couple dozen games, I thought I'd wish a Happy 4th Birthday to Eve Online, a game I still really enjoy. Although, this is all really just an excuse to show off a couple of my awesome new beer labels. Ive been brewing pretty seriously for over ten years now, and these two are my American Lager, and my Trappest Ale (9% alcohol, whee). Did you know GR had it's own beer? We do.

Yesterday, before the EA party I had the chance to meet with a couple of the main guys behind Eve Online and, as I am prone to do, gave them a six-pack as a birthday present. Anyway, I just wanted to post pics of my two newest beer labels. Click to embiggen.

Tomorrow more information from EA, Sega, and Ubisoft before we all split to go play some Halo 3. I love my job.

Props to Zack Finfrock of Pixelated Pupils for the awesome cartoon of me.

First fake news, then tee-shirt designs, now beer bottle lables? What happened to the latest videogame news? Jack Thompson? Anything? Sure, the GR labels look cool I guess... Can't wait for the latest E3 news though!

GR beer, it could almost be considered a dream come true. "Not only do we review games and keep you up to date on the latest gamer news. We also have beer now!" Should have your beer being sold online, as long as they have proof of being 21.
