Stupid Criminals: I'll Stick an Xbox Down My Pants

With the title of this manifesto, you're probably thinking a guy got busted while trying to walk out of a store with a giant console in his pants. The astonishing thing is, he didn't get busted, and he did walk out of the store. With a console in his pants. The stupid part is what happens next.

But let me back up. This guy, Timothy Mandes, was upset because his job application at a local Best Buy was turned down. So what does he do? He grabs a 360 out of a box, shoves it down his pants, and proceeds to steal it somehow without getting noticed. Unfortunately for him, the empty box would of course get noticed, and it only took a quick look at security camera footage to see who the culprit was.

Now let this be a lesson to any prospective thieves out there: do not attempt to steal from a place that has your personal info and freakin' home address on file. You know, because you just gave them your job application a few hours ago.

The cops just waltzed up to his house, tased him when he tried to run, and booked him. I love stupid criminal stories.

Dude. He got away with a friggin' console in his pants. HIS PANTS. I'm sure he could've pulled it off with the box, or at least throw it away.
