Super Monkey Ball 3D Now Available on Nintendo 3DS

Posted on Tuesday, March 29 @ 00:01:57 Eastern by GR_Staff

The Super Monkey Ball franchise has been an ace up Nintendo’s sleeve at a number of console launches. The first Super Monkey Ball debuted alongside the Nintendo Gamecube and Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz launched with the Nintendo Wii in 2006. Now, Nintendo’s newest handheld, the Nintendo 3DS has launched across the globe, and with it comes yet another installment of Super Monkey Ball to add to an already stellar line-up of titles.

Super Monkey Ball 3D brings all the monkey business and fun that the series is known for to a whole new dimension on the 3DS. Witness characters appear to jump right from the 3DS’s glasses-free 3D screen. Using either the 3DS’s built-in motion sensor or the slide pad, you’ll maneuver through puzzles and mazes in order to collect as many bananas as you can before the time limit expires.

The game features 3 gameplay modes: Monkey Race, Monkey Flight and the classic Super Monkey Ball puzzles. Or connect wirelessly to up to 4 different players for all-out Super Monkey Ball multiplayer madness.

Join AiAi and friends as they roll their way through over 70 all-new puzzles, each in vibrant 3D, only on the Nintendo 3DS.
