Tell GR: What Is The Worst Game Company?

Posted on Tuesday, January 14 @ 16:00:00 Eastern by

The Consumerist is once again running a competition to find the Worst Company in America (because the truly disreputable companies aren't already hiding behind thousands of multinational subsidiaries). Once again, Electronic Arts has the spotlight as an early contender and a potential three-peat winner of the Golden Poo award.

Nevermind that this entire exercise is incredibly juvenile and it really only serves to better The Consumerist's position as a business watchdog. Nevermind that it'd be a lot more effective to launch social media campaigns against the worst companies in America (especially given that it's already proven effective in the gaming sector). Let's try to even the playing field.

In this week's Tell GameRevolution, we're considering all gaming companies, everywhere. This isn't a competition. We just want to know what you think. Your choice for the worst game company in the world only has one requirement: They have to be in the gaming industry. It could be a European or an Asian game company. It could be a hardware manufacturer like Nintendo and PlayStation or even Apple.

Just tell us WHY. Aside from the obvious, why is (for example) Microsoft the worst game company ever in your personal opinion? Upvote your fellow commenters if you agree with their choice. Downvote your fellow commenters when you feel they've been unfair.
