Tell GR: What Should Microsoft Call The Next Xbox?

Posted on Tuesday, April 2 @ 17:15:00 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

The next generation of gaming is right around the corner, and Microsoft is expected to show their hand within the next couple of months. Unlike Sony's line of PlayStation consoles, the Xbox naming system hasn't followed the traditional numbering format, leaving everyone wondering what the Big M will decide to call its new gaming console.

At this point, it's safe to assume that they're going to at the very least keep Xbox in the name, but beyond that it's anyone's guess. Would they be foolish enough to call it the Xbox 720? Probably not, even though that's what the bulk of the internet refers to it as right now.

Rumors in the past have brought up names like Xbox Loop and Xbox Infinity, though, I think sticking with just Xbox would be the company's best option. Why? You'll have to watch my video response above.
