With Crysis 2 launching tomorrow we thought we'd do something special with one of the oddest pieces of swag we've ever received here at the GR compound: A shake weight. I took a moment to educate our resident bikinigirl, Alex in how to really get the most out of your workout. We couldn't show you the cool down though, as it was too hot for teh interwebs. At any rate, enjoy our fun little vid and if you happen to pick up a copy of Crysis 2 for the 360 tomorrow be sure to add samurailincoln5 to your friends list if you want to get totally pwned by me in some online deathmatches.
