The Crysis 2 Shake Weight

With Crysis 2 launching tomorrow we thought we'd do something special with one of the oddest pieces of swag we've ever received here at the GR compound: A shake weight. I took a moment to educate our resident bikinigirl, Alex in how to really get the most out of your workout. We couldn't show you the cool down though, as it was too hot for teh interwebs.
